Supplies also help assist our international native-English speaking volunteers with their daily lesson preparation.

#5 - Donate Money.
Any amount of money you can give will go directly towards enrollment and tuition fees for students. This greatly helps the school by enabling us to direct the remaining money we have, towards fulfilling other needs of the school.
You can also choose to directly sponsor a studentscholarship by choosing a specific student to support for a full school year or for partial tuition. We currently have 10 students with sponsored scholarships, but the remainder of our students are still actively seeking sponsorship.
#6 - Sponsor a Student.
Build a long-term relationship with a student who needs your help. Sponsorship is the way that individuals from around the world can change the lives of Honduran children.
The Sponsor a Student Scholarship Program matches individuals who believe in our cause with students who need financial aid to continue their studies. Students eligible for sponsorship have already been accepted into My Little Red House Bilingual School and may already be attending. The school considers financial need, academic performance, and family situations in determining eligibility. We award as many scholarships as we can, and we work hard to match students with new sponsors.
We currently have 10 students with sponsors, but the remainder of our students are still actively seeking sponsorship. When sponsors support one child’s future by contributing school fees, we can focus our resources elsewhere to make additional improvements.
#7 - Sponsor a Project.
Fund a Project and Visit our School in Honduras ! Projects are a great way for individuals, schools, colleges, universities, and other organized groups to get involved by fundraising to support a project. Best of all, you or your group can then travel, live and work in Honduras to make the dream a reality.
Sponsor a Project by Providing Funding ! We are always in need of improving and expanding for the future. If you or your group cannot travel to Honduras to assist, we greatly appreciate any funding you can provide towards our projects which we will happily ensure is carried out.
Please email us directly for estimated costs so that you may donate or fund raise to accurately cover the costs of sponsoring and completing a project.
Some projects that we currently need help with include: building a better library; adding new classrooms to accommodate our growth; landscaping; painting our classrooms; making repairs to our school; organization.
#8 - Visit Octopeque, Honduras.
Not only is the area of Ocotepeque a beautiful place to visit, but we invite you to come for a tour of our school while you're visiting. We'll give you a tour, introduce you to students and volunteers, and answer any questions you might have.
#9 - Keep in Touch.
We ask all of our past volunteers to keep in touch. We often gather suggestions for improvements from those who have spent time with us, and past volunteers often promote our school within their communities.
By staying in touch, we create a network of communication that helps bring awareness to our cause. Stay in touch by visiting our website, sending us an email, or visiting us on Facebook.
